Q: Isn't MetaPoll just the same thing as normal Polls?

A: No. They differ like an excavator differs from a shovel.

Both move dirt. The scale separates them. You use a shovel to plant flowers, but you build highways and highrises with an excavator.

Normal polls ask limited questions. MetaPoll processes hierarchical decision trees, encodes tradeoffs explicitly and produces a clear map for the community, reducing coordination costs by over 500x. Normal polls capture a single result once and then die. MetaPoll maps preference landscapes continuously.

MetaPoll handles mass coordination problems that would melt trad polling. Think real-time preference mapping across millions of participants. Think collective intelligence for AI alignment. Think decision-making that scales beyond human cognitive limits.

We've been building with shovels. MetaPoll is the excavator. Different problems. Different tools. Different futures become possible.
